Iman has the ability to make us want Every. Single. Thing. we see her wear – and now thanks to H&M’s collaboration with Kenzo, we have the chance to actually own an outfit she has deemed worthy of her attention.
Iman leads the newly announced line up of celebs and figureheads staring in the Kenzo x H&M campaign – alongside actress Chloe Sevigny, actress and activist Rosario Dawson, hip hop artist Chance The Rapper, musician Ryuichi Sakamoto, rapper Suboi and activist Xiuhtezcatl Martinez.
“Having these seven people who represent a span of things in their own lives to us feels really deep and meaningful,” Kenzo’s Carol Lim told Vogue.
“That’s what the campaign is about. When you see the collection on a range of our subjects, they look killer.”
Speaking of Iman, Lim added: “She’s in her sixties and she makes us all look like we should just go home. She is inspiring. The way she carries herself is amazing.”
The images were shot by influential photographer Jean-Paul Goude, who said working on the collection was a “real adventure”.
“We love to work with our idols, and Jean-Paul Goude is a true icon,” explained Lim and co-creative director Humberto Leon.
“His images for KENZO x H&M are incredible and capture the personality, positivity and freedom of the collection.”
